I am so happy that someone recommended this shop to me! I was being overcharged and pushed around somewhere else and this shop came in at a much more reasonable price, plus they were extremely friendly and kept me up to date with the status of the repairs. I would highly recommend this shop and will definitely come back here in the future. Thank you again to everyone who helped me! You all made a bad situation a lot better for me.
Great, friendly crew. I called the afternoon before and they were able to get my oil changed the very next morning. They offered me a shuttle service to work and did not even have to wait. When picking up my vehicle I did not feel pressured into purchasing or buying something for my vehicle as it is an older year. Great eye contact! Thank you.
Not only the best in Evansville, but by far the best repair shop I have ever used. Professional, knowledgeable, and very fair.
The Answer Auto East has always taken great care of me and my car!! They have even caught things that I thought might have been going on with my vehicle but wasn't sure...and they caught it with out me telling them something was wrong!! Not saying that it will happen all of the time then catching things but it's great knowing they are looking out for my vehicles best interest and my safety while driving that vehicle!! Thank you all for what you have done for my vehicle!!

My Mother-In-Law was the first to go to the Answer Auto Repair East. My wife and I went after that and now my parents and brother-in-law. The professional and friendly service we get here is second to none. We wouldn't go anywhere else! I recommend them highly.
It took them twice to figure out what was wrong with my car which means I have to pay over $500 the first time and $100 the second. They didn't even fix all the problems I asked. When I got my car back each time it was very dirty with finger prints. I have a very light tan leather which now is extremely dirty. I also left my gas tank with about half a tank of gas and now it's sitting on empty. When I told them all they said is well we put $10 of gas in for you.
