Staff is friendly and great with their customer service, residents get along well with each other. Excellent area for students.
The apartments are great and it is a good place to be if you want to be close to the school it is better then it was
Living at the annex has been a great experience. Being steps away from campus makes going to and from classes super easy and I don't have to fight for a parking spot. The annex encourages residents to get to know each other through monthly events and gatherings. Overall, I would recommend the annex to any student looking for housing.
Living at the Annex has been an enjoyable experience for me. Was a great way to get myself off the ground after the tornado indecent. The staff and community are willing to work with everyone and has a very homily attitude. Always looking to improve themselves and their community. Would recommend for not only those just going into college but anyone. Great place to live!
Beware of NONREFUNDABLE application fee $200 = $50 application fee + $150 bogus fee. Dates and price they quoted were different after application was processed and couldn't get fees back!!
I think the Annex has a great community atmosphere! I love that it's right across the street from campus!
