I don’t recommend living here. Before I moved in, and even the first months living here, I liked the Annex. Even though the kitchen layout gave me very little space, lightbulbs were missing in some of the bathrooms, the furniture was wobbly, and there was minor flaws throughout the apartment. The smoke detector was beeping the first two weeks I was there and my mail key wasn’t opening the box. They gave me the wrong key for my bedroom. RecommendedTownhouse style apartment is very spacious and leasing office is responsive!
Don't live here. Leasing office has been unresponsive since I moved in. My kitchen sink is leaking and no one cares to answer my work request or phone calls and voicemails. My utility bill is also incorrect and they have not reached out to help me get it fixed. Would not recommend.
I sent my son a I phone to the office Annex apartment office thinking it would be safe the young lady in the office claim she never received the phone but she sign for the phone I have the signature from ups and the time it was delivered office staff was very rude to me and my son going off on my son they treated me and him as if we stole the phone and I have the prove someone in the office signature please I do not recommend this apartment

Awesome experience today. We were very impressed with the townhouse. The staff made the rental process easy and stress free and we are very appreciative. Thank you very much for everything and we look forward to a great school year. 😉
I think the Annex is a nice place to stay, the team that works in the office is also very helpful.
