I have an old female shephard mix that will be 13 in May. I took my dog to this vet because she was vomiting and having diarrhea. She also had bloodwork for a followup of another problem. After examining my dog, one of these "vets" prescribed Metronidazole 500mg and I was told specifically by a staffer that this should help with both problems.
