Thank you to the team for taking amazing care of Teddy before and after his teeth cleaning. His teeth were so overcome with plaque that they were brown but, worst of all, his breath was horrendous! The Team (especially Diane) made me feel comfortable about the procedure (anesthesia) and they followed up each day after (for 4 days). They also sent me home with new products that can help reduce/eliminate plaque build up (thx Diane 😊). Teddy seems happy, his teeth are brilliant, and he has wonderful breath. First rate team, thoughtful, considerate and thorough. They have consistently been unfailingly polite and helpful and patient with their explanations and recommendations.
The doctors, techs, and support staff are amazing! When my baby Jax was sick, they did everything they could to help us out and treat him. He ended up going to red bank for 24 hour care and became a very complicated case. The doctors at Kingston followed up with me and red bank to stay on top of Jax’s care. Their compassion and empathy were so valuable during a very tough time. I will forever be grateful to the hospital for taking care of My baby and being a shoulder to cry on as well. We have trusted the health of our many kitties to Dr T and AHKB for more than ten years. When faced with the need for routine, emergency or specialized care, AHKB has consistently responded well. Our kitties are always handled lovingly at the facility. Referrals are appropriate with excellent information sharing and follow up. We will continue to utilize their services without reservations.
Terrible care and advice for a very sick neonatal kitten. The vet was directly responsible for causing the suffering of the kitten which died within hours after leaving the office.
