They have done an amazing job for us, and their staff are always kind, loving to our pets, and very knowledgeable. I have taken my dog to get groomed here twice now and I have been so happy both times! I have a 68lb Great Pyrenees mix, and one of my biggest fears with grooming her was that they would cut her hair too short and she wouldn't be my beautiful fluffy girl anymore. Brenda has done an amazing job both times giving her a trim to clean things up without changing her look. I have taken my dog here for eight years. The staff, especially Amy, have always been exceptional and I would give them a hundred stars if I could. HOWEVER, I don’t think I’ve seen the same vet twice in the eight years I’ve been going there. Today was my last visit to the Animal Doctor. Amy one of the chicks handling reception is, well to be blunt, a bit**. Always has a snarl on her face and an attitude. This one of these people who work in customer service but shouldn’t because they don’t know how to provide customer service. The rooms are always hot, and the place is overpriced. Not a fan of the vet, Filbert, either.
I have 17 week old puppy. Every time she goes, she is treated like royalty. Friendly, knowledgable faces in the whole office. Very clean facility and professional workers.
Everyone is very friendly and sensitive about my pets issues. Dr. Filbert always explains everything very well and gives us all our options. She also remembers all our pets and keeps our whole furry family healthy. I will always bring my pets here!
We kenneled our dogs during our week-long vacation (very difficult for us to do) and we never had a doubt that they were in good hands. The staff is amazing and they sent pics and texts updating us on how they were doing. Love The Animal Doctor!
