My first time in here with my bearded the doctor was super nice and knowledgeable. Today my poor girl had a bit of an emergency and the vet stayed back to help my girl out. I was definitely in a bit of panic and they fixed her up and set my mind at ease! I very much appreciate them and will be taking her and all my future pets there form now on! I appreciate you guys so much!
I know Dr John sees multitudes of clients over the course of a year, but he always remembers the particulars when he sees my face. He cares not only about the pets but the people too. It was hard moving and leaving my vet of 17 years behind but Dr John has made the transition much less frustrating and much more comforting knowing my pets are in truly caring hands.
This veterinarian office is amazing. All the staff go above and beyond to help, and Dr. Rand is one of the most knowledgeable vets I've come across since moving to Florida. I would never trust the care of my animals to just anyone.
All staff and vet were patient, polite, professional, and very kind. When I had money. They wouldn't see six days later cause I didn't have cash. Told them I can pay in full in two days and I just spent $176 there few days before.Still said no. My dog died screaming and crying at home later that night. Animals ARE NOT their first priority money is Shame on them!!
The staff and Dr Seibert are so wonderful. They show so much compassion towards our pups Gracie and Xena. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for our pups care. — in Port Charlotte, Florida.
