Everyone here is amazing, but the receptionist is beyond rude!!
Kelly, my nurse and MRI tech was amazing and deserves 5 stars. However! The front desk receptionist for MRI appointments -the woman was extremely rude when I suggested that they let patients know ahead of time not to arrive before 7 am for a 7 AM appointment, as they won't let you in the elevator from the garage! I arrived early to make sure I was on time, and instead of letting me in the building, the front desk refused to let me come inside until 7 am, even when the security guard asked her. I’ve been receiving chemotherapy every three weeks at The Angeles Clinic in Los Angeles, and overall my experience has been positive. The facility is clean, organized, and the workflow is usually smooth even on long treatment days. What truly makes this place stand out is the infusion team. Every infusion nurse I’ve had has been professional, compassionate, and incredibly skilled — something that matters so much when you’re going through treatment. Dr Hamid and his staffs are truly knowledgeable, professional, kind and responsible. I'm very lucky to find Dr Hamid who is outstanding oncologist. The angeles clinic Doctors are truly life savers. Thank you Dr Hamid.
Easy valet parking for $7. Beautiful piano music plays in an ample modern clean waiting room. Surgical oncologist and oncologist were pleasant, prepared, professional, and thorough. The surgical oncologist got mom a PET scan 2 days later, per our request as we were 3 hours out of town and had a different appointment the next day at UCLA. Oncology was right upstairs.
