Close to the Train Station, so depending on when, you can be in the city 25-35 minutes. It is almost in the heart of town, a very great restaurant downstairs, and it’s like a small boutique hotel in Manhattan, (almost feel like you), but in Great Neck - but this also has a drawback the rooms I’ve stayed were like glorified walk-in closets, tiny.
Poor management. They never learned the part about the customer is always right. Frank messed up on a hotel booking for someone in our party who was not given the Academy discount and we were told management could do nothing about that because there was no proof that their name was put on one of the rooms. Wow! Exceeded expectations with hospitality and kindness, not to mention food recommendations and clean accommodations! The staff is excellent, and feel they keep high standards that make us all feel right at home while visiting. Shoutout to Edwin, Frank, Rich, Annette and Juan for being examples! Kindness goes such a long way!! Can’t wait to come back soon!!
Stayed here because it was close to Leonard’s Palazzo, where we were attending a wedding. Check in process was smooth, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast included coffee, tea, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels and an assortment of pastries. The check out process was quick. I would return if I’m ever in the area again.
I come here to enjoy wife for many hours . When we come to this k la facca i find strunz all over sheet and bianca wall. K cose fai? Do u eat this strunz? I ask man why this strunz all over he say I like to make design with my strunz
Very nice hotel close to the train into the city, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Rooms could use a little upgrading, but that wouldn't prevent from staying there again. Wish the WiFi was a little bit better and tv's where a little more modern. Very quiet hotel.
