I had a great experience working with Dallas at The Everett. He gave me one of the best tours I’ve had and really took the time to make sure I understood all my options. Dallas is one of the most hardworking and honest people I’ve met in the past three years of moving around. I have many great things to say about the leasing/office staff as well as the maintenance team - Jace and Josh were a great help during the winter storm in making sure my place was heated. Sara has been beyond phenomenal with assisting me in moving to my new unit. The rest of the office staff has also been amazing and helpful. I am bad with names but will edit this once I make note of everyone! I am very pleased with the entire process.
I’ve had an excellent experience living at The Everett. This community really stands out in terms of both quality and convenience. The location is fantastic — being so close to H-E-B makes daily errands incredibly easy, and everything you need is just a short drive away. I love living at The Everett! The layout is spacious and comfortable. I really like the deep tub and the gas stove. It is quiet, clean, and well lit in parking lot, as well as hallways. The parking lot is spacious and not crowded. I feel comfortable allowing my grandbabies to walk and ride their tricycles on the sidewalks.
