We moved into our two bedroom, two bathroom unit on August 31 and immediately found two issues: visible water damage under the master bathroom sink and an improperly installed kitchen cabinet door. Both were reported right away. Four months later, the water damage under our sink still has not been repaired. The cabinet issue also took far longer than it should have.
