Customer service is terrible. The receptionists and waiters aren't helpful or empathetic with their guests. if you want quality and consistency and good service, this is not the place you are looking to stay.
Good design, ok location next to High Line. Hardware can be a little dated, and attention to detail could be increased.
The customer service is AWFUL! I'll NEVER use this hotel. I made a mistake in booking and tried to send a note to the GM Kevin, explaining my mistake... taking full accountability for it and letting asking if there was anything he could do to help, as it was booked on a business card and I was going to get into a lot of heat at work. He didn't even have the decency to respond. I will be coming to NYC each month for work, but will never stay at this property and will encourage everyone I know not to as well.
Roof-top pool. Friendly staff. Folsom East on their door-step. And an easy stumble to The Eagle. The perfect weekend.
Very Chelsean/NYC. Chic grunge, unassuming. I agree with previous reviewers that staff is very friendly. Def. clean and very good service.
Stayed here a week ago. Great location. Just wished the rooftop bar had been open. Comfy rooms even with the mattress on a raised platform on the floor. Staff were warm and friendly. The photo strips of a young Barack Obama in the lobby were a pleasing surprise.
