As a case manager it is often vital for us to get referrals to places where our clients will have a safe place to go. Upon calling this facility, the staff that answered the phone was very unprofessional. We could not hear her due to all the noise in the background. When asked where we could send referral information, she gave us a very random and incomplete email, then ended the call stating," I am on another call so..." At this point I ended the call.
