Do not hire this company, my home warranty provider assigned them to install a simple dishwasher. Late for the 1st appointment which all they did was remove the old unit, talked a good game but never delivered. They billed my home warranty provider for services they never did and also lied about work that was never done! After weeks of no call backs or getting the run around I asked my home warranty provider to assign someone competent to do the job right. Stay away from this company at all costs! Took a week and a half to finally show up. No call no show on 1st appointment. Don't return messages and never completed the job! If I could give them a -5 I would, lousy company!
Stay Away. No call no show on first promised date. 4 hours late on second promised date without proper supplies to complete the job. Owner was arrogant and threatning in his reply emails. Bill amounts for line items didn't match quote pricing. I am forwarding all correspondence to Contact 6 for review.
Unbelievable that the owners would openly insult the mother of a special needs child. This explains so much of why their reviews are so low.
