Professional Knowledible Ethical Honest Gentle Highly recommended.
Dr. Amend should no longer be called a doctor. After evaluating my daughter he literally told me that she was mentally retarded. She has gone on to have further evaluations to be diagnosed with specific learning disabilities, not a low IQ.
