I needed help clearing up space on the PC for the new windows 11 update. Both staff members assisted me through this task. They both did an excellent job assisting me with this endeavor.
He was helpful and knowledgeable and my issue was resolved quickly . He was also friendly.
Representative is always on top of things and kept me informed as to what was going on.
