Aaron was very helpful in trying to get the Executive Director into the employee's computer, and worked very hard. I felt we needed a field person to come to the site. I appreciate Aaron's expertise, knowledge, and time given to the task.
I needed help clearing up space on the PC for the new windows 11 update. Both staff members assisted me through this task. They both did an excellent job assisting me with this endeavor.
He was helpful and knowledgeable and my issue was resolved quickly . He was also friendly.
