Altman is careless and have no structure. (And by these reviews I understand it's just their (awful) standards) I believe they offer horrible pay for their employees because the level of the staff is poor : rude, they have little knowledge, and no one stays. The absolute worse management company, they hide behind their their party concierge teams to provide zero services to their tenants. You have to put up with theft, unclean shared spaces, rude community board comments and they never get back to you. I unfortunately have live three moths in Regatta At new River and I have not been able to do laundry for a week now. Don’t go to building being managed by this corporation. The worst worst!
I went to an Altman property to look at renting a new apartment. They were busy and not servicing people so I went online and booked an appointment for 2 hours later. I left and came back 10 minutes before my appointment. The lady(Jennifer) wrapped up and walked over to me and said I have to take another group first that is before you. I said I booked an appointment for 3:30 which it is now. She said I’m too busy to follow appointments. You will have to wait. Here to give Saba and Altman Management Company a dazzling review on the lack of communication and urgency to fix our air conditioning that has been out for 6 days, going on 7 because nothing was accomplished today. Not very surprising tenants are leaving left and right. 3 on my floor in the last 30 day alone. GET IT TOGETHER
I moved out of an Altman Property that is managed with RAM Partners, LLC on August 29th, and have yet to receive my security deposit back. After submitting a complaint with the BBB, someone from Altman finally called me. Her name is Raquel Rivera and she was EXTREMELY rude to me on the phone. I called back after getting off the phone with her to speak with someone else, and of course, was met with a voicemail. I would stay away from this shady company and any of its properties.
