My son and I moved in to The Allure in 2014 and moved out in 2024. Our over-all experience was great. The maintenance team were on point. As to be expected, in 10 years, there were several things that needed to be fixed. Their response was typically fast and efficient. Trust the lowest ratings, those are actual residents. Any five star was given a month free of rent if they left a review. Before trusting good reviews, make sure to compare photos and their profiles. Edit: I’m not an employee that’s just a standard Allure tactic to reply to bad reviews. The management at The Allure is unresponsive and maintenance is unprofessional. My partner and I lived at The Allure for 5 years. The first two were great — the community felt cared for and well-managed. Then Birkshire took over, and everything went downhill fast. Office staff turnover became constant, and each new team seemed less helpful than the last. Fees started appearing for questionable reasons, and any “improvements” were purely cosmetic — things like repainting buildings, renovating the office, or buying new golf carts. I went to the Allure and had a tour with Isabel. She was wonderful and informative! The apartments are beautiful with great amenities as well. I will be leasing here when my current lease ends in February:)
