My partner and I lived at The Allure for 5 years. The first two were great — the community felt cared for and well-managed. Then Birkshire took over, and everything went downhill fast. Office staff turnover became constant, and each new team seemed less helpful than the last. I went to the Allure and had a tour with Isabel. She was wonderful and informative! The apartments are beautiful with great amenities as well. I will be leasing here when my current lease ends in February:)
I moved to The Allure a few months ago, and the team helped with every detail to ensure a smooth and comfortable move-in. Thanks to JP and Isabella, the whole process was simple and stress-free. We’re very happy living here!
If you are planning for long term this is not the place. The renewal is expensive. The renewal costs are $300-$400 more than the existing apartments for same plans and also according to market standards. For Short term it might make sense. So make your choice before you plan for long term. Renewal team is hard to get to talk. Maybe short staffed. All in all it’s good. But if you are thinking about long term, think about it. I just wished somebody left a comment for me like this.
It has been our home for the last 4 years, starting December 2021. Recently moved to another country for my work. Its been a great place to live, very helpful staffs and management. Never had any issues. All amenities nearby, HEB, Walmart, Restaurants, and the great schools at walking distance. Would come back to this place, if I get a change to move back to Cedar Park.
