Very disappointed how apartments have changed over the years. We moved there in 2022 and it was very nice. The management, the community, the maintenance, and overall cleanliness. And then it slowly went down the drain. Some very shady people started moving in, and trashing the place. And with the change of management, nothing has been done. Worst experience in an apartment complex ever,me and my family moved from Florida last year October 2025, prior to moving my sister that lives in Austin came to the apartment to take pictures and send them to me so we can see the apartment conditions,a broke window in my boy’s room,stain in countertops kitchen,stained in floor and cabinets of kitchen and bathroom peeling off,fast forward today is April 7 2026 and still with same maintenance issues. UPDATE: Since my last review, the situation has not improved… We currently live in this apartment community since last November , and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. The lack of communication and basic common sense from management is beyond anything we have experienced before. Every time we report an issue, we are met with excuses and justifications, but no real solutions. There is no follow-up, no accountability, and clearly no genuine concern for residents. Very disappointing and unacceptable experience Unfortunately, our experience with this apartment has been extremely frustrating and disappointing from the very beginning. Before moving in, management assured us that all existing damages, repairs, and cleaning issues would be properly addressed prior to our arrival, including that the unit had been professionally cleaned multiple times. My son and I moved in to The Allure in 2014 and moved out in 2024. Our over-all experience was great. The maintenance team were on point. As to be expected, in 10 years, there were several things that needed to be fixed. Their response was typically fast and efficient. There was a lady who worked at the property when we first moved in (forgive me, I can’t remember her name) who was top notch! Followed by Michael and Brandon who were equally as awesome!
