The Alliance Center is such a special place for women preparing for motherhood or navigating through its many challenging seasons. The space itself is warm and welcoming, the offerings are designed to support & connect, and the staff are all uniquely skilled at what they do. Communities are stronger when moms are cared for, and TAC does just that.
Had the best time at the renew and flow class with Becky! I left feeling relaxed and refreshed - thank you Becky!!!
I really enjoyed the Sunday 10:00 yoga class with Becky. She was so welcoming! The room was set up ahead of time so I was able to choose a mat and relax right away. The lavender eye pillows made me feel like I was at a spa. The class flowed beautifully and was the perfect combination of relaxation and more challenging poses. Becky adjusted my stance and made sure that I was doing everything correctly. The music and pacing of the class were great! I was very impressed with the alliance center and Becky!
The Alliance Center holds a very special place in my heart. It was one of the first places I went with my newborn daughter and I benefited immensely from the movement and support group offerings for new moms. The classes and groups that were facilitated by Alessandra were something I looked forward to attending each week - I felt safe, supported, accepted, and heard.
I've been working with Carolyn for the past 6 years and I don't have the right words to express how helpful and meaningful our sessions have been to me. I have had the pleasure of meeting some of the other amazing women in this practice and we as a community are so lucky to have them all.
