After having several breakouts, I found this place on line on a Sunday and made an appointment for the following day, Monday. They had several time slots open so I figured it wouldn't be busy. I get there on time, only to have the receptionists tell me that they can't find the appointment I made online because the online system doesn't sync with the in-office system. Huh? Dr. Davoodi and Dr Crocker have both helped greatly with getting both of my kiddos asthma and allergies under control. My daughter was suffering really badly with this cough that just wouldn't go away but they worked to figure out what would help her and now she's much better.
The Lawrenceville office gives poor services. I was called an hour before my son appointments to be told that I need to bring over $400 with me for his testing. I asked to be billed, the office manager came on the line to basically tell me "we don't do that"; no money no testing. I thought the office manager's job was to draw patients in, not push them out....The Atlanta Allergy and Asthma Center down the road came to our rescue...Thank you AAAC for treating us like human beings.
