It is already difficult enough to find a home that you are hands down willing to purchase but due to Mr. Stantons negligent actions and failure to communicate as a realtor, the home that my family fell in love with was pending purchase a day later. Was trying to buy a house that Allen was selling and my realtor got absolutely no response from him letting us know if at minimum there were other offers so we could have somewhat of a chance to be competitive. Terrible realtor-ing.
Our Agent Matt was excellent with finding homes we wanted to see and was even better with negotiating our deal with our sellers and there agent I highly recommend ASG and Matt Webb!
