It is already difficult enough to find a home that you are hands down willing to purchase but due to Mr. Stantons negligent actions and failure to communicate as a realtor, the home that my family fell in love with was pending purchase a day later. His explanation? "They made a better offer. Would it have really made a difference?" Yes, yes it would have. Was trying to buy a house that Allen was selling and my realtor got absolutely no response from him letting us know if at minimum there were other offers so we could have somewhat of a chance to be competitive. Terrible realtor-ing.
Our Agent Matt was excellent with finding homes we wanted to see and was even better with negotiating our deal with our sellers and there agent I highly recommend ASG and Matt Webb!
I love this group . I had to deal with a lot of drama from my family since the passing of my parents . Allen help us overcome any problems got in our way .We could not be happier with his services. He sold my parents house of 23 years . Thank you so much
