Worst Developers! I am a current resident at their new development, Maitland City Centre in Maitland and my experience with Allen Morris has been very bad! I have had to live through fire alarms sounding off in my apartment almost daily along with inspectors having to barge into my apartment; sometimes giving residents no notice. This has been since June 2018, when I moved in. 7 Months! 7 months of hell and headaches, then they want $2 sq ft in rent! I recommend their community to no one!!
