Zero stars. Reasonable maintenance requests (leaving dangerous conditions) took months (each time) to harass them enough to get their attention to actually execute the work order. Then the work was done shoddily. Greg routinely ignores emails but then threatens when a tenant doesn't respond within 24 hours. Greg Allen Helms is not honest. He doesn't know the tenants rights and dismisses anything when you call him out on his responsibilities and the law.
