The property is very old and barely maintained. We had black mold growing in the AC vents and on the walls. At one point a mushroom grew out of our kitchen cabinet above the fridge. Our AC did not work properly, the sliding glass doors allowed in enormous amounts of heat in summer. The staff were disorganized to the point they lost our money orders for rent. If you're reading this we have no gas need to tell people wen they are going to shutdown gas were not available to cook or shower because of that I call tree times nobody is picking up
They tow residents' cars even if they live here and have a parking permit.
THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL FOUNDATION IS VERY POOR UNEDUCATED MAINTENANCE NEVER WARN US WHEN THE WATER GETTING CUT OFF OR NOT HAVE HOT WATER MATTER OF FACT ITS BEEN 2DAYS COLD SHOWERS DON'T FEEL GOOD WHEN ITS 40° OUTSIDE. THEY NEVER RESPOND TO EMERGENCY CALLS THAT BITCH OF A MANAGER IS RUDE AS FUCK...NOT TO MENTION IT FLOODS INSIDE YOUR APARTMENT WHEN IT RAINS ,,DON'T FOR GET THE HEAT AND AIR CONDITIONING IS OUT DATED AND DON'T WORK HALF OF THE TIME. LOVE LIVING HERE! Beautiful property just renewed our lease! Love the fact that there is a park just for dogs... all the office people rock too! And maintenance gets the job done! You guys are awesome! !
