I would not live in this building, nor would I work with this management team. The lease says the landlord is responsible for sewage but charges the tenants. I received a refund after I pointed this out, but then they charged me again, and I am still waiting to receive a refund for the recent charges. The lease says that water is per-use, but they are subdividing it among residents. Since the utilities are subdivided they run about $150-200 monthly for a 1bd.
