The Alexis was awesome. We stayed for our 4th anniversary and hope to return every year! The hotel is beautiful with a funky mix of modern and classic styles which I totally loved. The staff were all so happy, helpful and kind even sending us up a bottle of champagne and truffles for our anniversary. Check in and out were a snap and valet service was quick and courteous. Thank you for using care of me so well. I got a message just as I was I my flight that there were summer issues at the hotel, and they didn't have another room. Took care of booking me at their sister property and took care of my night, for the inconvenience. Im on business so really doesn't matter just need a place to lay my head but greatly appreciate the proactive nature of the staff and professionalsim. Hopefully soon i will get a chance to experience the property.
Stayed here for 3 nights before our Alaska cruise, a fabulous hotel, comfortable bed and very well placed to walk around the city.
Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. The staff was so eager and friendly. I loved it and can't wait to come back!
