RecommendedCustomer service is outstanding! They went above and beyond to have wine, chocolates and roses in our room upon arrival for our anniversary. Evan is the best! Also cozy, homey, great atmosphere, close to major attractions and great restaurants.
Spacious rooms, great service and dogs are allowed without any fuss. Superb experience!

During COVID-19 rooms are left unavailable for 3 days before new guests may occupy them. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Contacting the front desk via text is super easy and staff brought ice, and food deliveries up to our room in a timely basis. There is hand lotion available in the lobby and by the elevators. Staff use hand lotion or new gloves when touching or handing items over. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Kimpton Alexis is our favorite place to stay each time we’re in Seattle.
My fiancé and I had a wedding scheduled at the Kimpton Alexis Hotel for April 25, 2020. Unfortunately, we had to make the tough decision to cancel the wedding due to the current COVID-19 scare. The whole team at the Alexis has been nothing but great, before, during and after this decision. Terrible customer service. Tried to cancel my reservation due to the Mariners game being cancelled. The staff person said " we are losing too much money and we can't cancel the reservation. I will never stay there again. SHAME on you!!!
