If you like agents who no-show and then don't have the courtesy to call, but just send a text stating "this appointment was confirmed by accident; the apartment is already under contract", then Alex is your guy. I've seen a lot in my life, but never had an agent no-show and no-apology. Update: The agent finally responded, 4 years later. I guess timeliness just isn't his thing. Nor is apologizing, apparently. Gaslighting, on the other hand, was well done in his response.
