Property is kept clean and quiet. Maintenance takes care of requests quickly! I worked with Lili but all the ladies in the office are wonderful and always willing to help! 3 Month Update: 8/30/2025 The roaches and spiders are both driving me insane. I won’t even put my dishes in the lower cabinets due to the amount of roaches. The upgrades are nice aesthetically but realistically the apartment is still very old and tiny. Cute and clean looking , nice plants and good maintenance. But the apartments are infested with roaches and mice, also lots of cats. Makes sense on why they keep them around. Rent is way too expensive for the location it’s in. RUN! also they charge 8k to terminate lease , so be ready to Live with rats , cats and roaches .
These apartments are honestly so cute !! The community speaks for itself, the people are so friendly & welcoming! Also a big thanks to Lili for making my move in so easy & making me feel right at home !! Im so happy to call this place home !💖
