Disappointed in this salon Julia who blocked me . First they told me they had a slot open for wedding makeup then I msg the makeup artist and she says she’s booked after they send me a contract I was about to fax in . Then they tell me she and another person can only do it at salon which I can’t make it then I ask what time is her appointment and they tell me it’s a side job basically not for this salon ( I’ve worked in high end salons this is a big no no ) and then they basically tell sorry for the confusion bye . Naomi is AWESOME!! I was here visiting my daughter and desperately needed a color correction. My daughter recommended this salon and I was fortunate enough to get Naomi as my stylist and she did an amazing job on my hair!! I wish she could be my stylist from now on. 5 stars!!
I have been going to Miki for years and followed her to the Alchemist because I wouldn't want to lose her as my stylist. She listens to what I want to try but is also knowledgeable and honest enough to tell me if what I want won't work and why. The salon is beautifully decorated and a relaxing environment.
Melissa was fantastic. My hair looks fabulous. It's not an easy to make a pixie look feminine. But, she did it effortlessly. See you next month!!
Simply the best, and the new space is amazing. Shaina is a total professional, and the rest of the staff is always lovely. I'm so grateful this salon is in my community!
