I scheduled an appointment for winter maintenance for my furnace for my newly built home. The technician arrived on time and was friendly and professional at first. He turned on the heat, and it turned on with no problems, however when he went into the attic to service the furnace, the heat turned off. He said that there was a problem with the furnace. This company lies, charged me $300 an hour plus a standard $99 service call charge. They are con artists and are stealing money from me.
