Beautiful well maintained hotel in a great area. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

I have an 8 year old and this place has been more than suitable for us. Smallish pool but, the beautiful town around more than makes up for it. Also, very close to Pismo and that was ok but, Avila beach was better. I highly recommend a trek up to san Simeon for the elephant seals and Hearst state beach worth the hour drive!!!

The woman working the evening of May 13th has a really bad attitude. Sitting upon entering the lobby, staring down at her phone in the corner, I had to peak over the desk to see her. I said hello I'm checking in. A pause. She slowly gets up and just stares at me and her screen. No smile. No greeting.
