The service is awesome. The rooms are nice but the air conditioning is poor. The location is the worst part. Getting in and out of the parking lot during rush hour can take a bit.

The Agrarian Hotel in Arroyo Grande is welcoming, well maintained, and a great value. We had car trouble on a long road trip and needed somewhere to stay with our family, including our dog. I found this hotel on Expedia, thought the price was good, and decided to give it a shot. I'm really glad we did. After a stressful couple of days and a trip that had pretty much gone off the rails, the Agrarian was a very welcome change. Beautiful well maintained hotel in a great area. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
