Working with Rob Thompson and Matt McNier was an amazing experience! They worked with my clients in a truly professional manner and at the end of the day everyone was happy and smiling!
In a nutshell: they seem to be nice guys with good intentions, but they're terrible at returning phone calls and following through. Their priority (understandably) is selling homes not renting homes. Initially, we were very relieved to be working with such a great management company, but complications at the end of our lease (with the actual owner of the home) left us doubting their experience with rental houses.
