Excellent, Get Gemma Bevan in to sell your home. Gemma Bevan was absolutely fantastic. Gemma's property appraisal was spot on with price. The marketing was great and everyone loved the video. Gemma's for sale sign went up on Wednesday 12th November and she sold the property to a cash buyer on Monday 17th November.
