So I used to live there and there was mold in all three of our vents and said it was grease. I had a baby in June and we left because of the mold. Now we are stuck paying around 4000 dollars to get out of the contract. That mold was in there before we moved in. This apartment complex sucks. Also a lot of car break ins and people trying to get into apartments and also laundry gets stolen, how I know because mine and my husband's clothes were stolen. You get what you pay for . Well i still think its a little too expensive for all the inconveniences. I have lived at these apartments for a year and in half and the heater for the water has broken 3-4 times. I have a child who has to shower with cold water in the mornings. The AC has been broken since we moved in. Summers are a nightmare. We put in a ticket to get it fixed and the repair man said "Just get another fan" Anyway, we are just here to save some money but if you can avoid staying here I suggest to do so.
Office staff and maintenance staff are professional. Grounds and amenities are well taken care of.
