I’ve had a great experience at Agave Apartments. The community is well-maintained, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the property has a nice overall feel. The staff have been friendly, professional, and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. I really appreciate the clean surroundings and the effort that goes into keeping everything running smoothly. Overall, Agave Apartments has been a comfortable and enjoyable place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to call home.

Tired of this dam air conditioner going down. I came home with my dog almost having a heat stroke. Don’t move here unless you want to have water and air conditioner problems.

If you don’t mind roaches, frequent water/ac outages, leaf blowers blaring outside your window at 9 am, and neighbors who are incapable of cleaning up after themselves in the laundry room and other community spaces, then this place is for you! I will say, as a woman living alone, I did feel safe living here. But if you can afford an extra couple hundred dollars a month, just go somewhere else. They’re raising their rates here without making any improvements anyway.

Lived here for one year. Wish I could give it 5 stars because I haven't had much issues besides the hot water/AC issues that plague this community. Once a month, no exaggerating, we have the hot water or the AC down for days on end. They just send out an apology email and nothing ever gets truly fixed. Just a small patch job and next month again you find out you have no hot water when you're trying to take a morning shower.
