I lived here for 4 years & I have quite a few things to share. New management has been better in putting together events for the complex, which is nice to get to know neighbors & make friends. Repairs have been made faster, however done poorly aesthetically. Leaving behind unpainted drywall and rough edges making it a very noticeable repair. The AC/chiller goes out every summer and they always delay to fix it. I do not recommend moving here for that reason alone
I’ve lived here for 2 years and am still currently residing here. I remember before I moved into this apartment complex, the reviews made me second-guess my decision on whether I should pick this apartment complex or find another one in the surrounding area. Personally, I find it’s not the most upscale place to live, but it’s still a very welcoming apartment complex with some good amenities. I moved here from another state from a condo I owned. I'm surprised at how quiet it is considering how many units are here. Much more quiet than my previous residence Every one is friendly and the maintenance workers are exceptional. They've always responded quickly to the few issues I've had. The only cons I have is the parking. There's a limited number of covered spaces.The open spaces are very close to each other. This might be because im not used to parking outside.
