I recently went through the process of selling my home in Anchorage while simultaneously buying a new home as well via a contingent offer. We used Adrian to buy and sell this summer. Over the course of selling and buying Adrian made everything so easy and simple for us. He has a vast knowledge of the industry and fights for his clients. Even with a few bumps in the road (which can be inherent while trying to sell and buy with in a certain timeframe) he championed right through. Navigating us to the finish line all while getting the offer we wanted. I would use him again and again. I highly recommend Adrian to any one who is looking to buy or sell or both!

Adrian was an absolute delight to work with.
