DONT MOVE HERE DONE MOVE HERE...my expereince 1 year living here was a nightmare. Went up on my rent from 1800 to 2300 for what. The elevators dont work have to walk up 4 flights of stairs. Maintenace come into your home and lose your keys and lie and dont tell you your keys are missing. REALLY...The little girl Garbrille at the front office reported to her that my home was left opened and unlocked after they cleaned my carpet oh wow after living here for a year an up the rent without informing me when i move in. Beware Apt 6210 ! The noise from above is unbearable. It is a 2 year old child running around till late hours and due to the construction, he sounds like jack hammer. The community itself is wonderful though.

A DEVIANT EMPLOYEE HAS A MASTER KEY TO YOUR APARTMENT and has 24 hr access!!!! This manager is why Miya's Law is necessary! A maintenance worker was reported for yelling at and trying to intimidate a resident...in front of witnesses! Manager did NOTHING except send the SAME maintenance worker back to the same resident's apartment a few days later BY HIMSELF supposedly to replace AC filter. The resident tried to deny access to the apartment, the maintenance worker blocked the door from being closed; walked into the apartment... read more

Who ever lives in apartment 4208 beware the noise is horrible. FYI the manager and her daughter lives directly above you. The noise among other things were never taken into account that's why I moved out Also,the front office was never any help and Lincoln properties need a new manager because the one they have now is a total bitch sorry to say I call them like I see them

I recently moved into the Addison on Millenia and have had issues with some of my appliances, but I am pleased to say that Fabrizio (I apologize if I spelled his name incorrectly) has been a big help to me. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that everything was working properly in my apartment and he has been very kind to me. I appreciate all of his help and the time he has put into helping me with my service requests.
