I have been dealing with persistent noise disturbances in my apartment for ONE YEAR . Despite numerous complaints and providing documented evidence as requested by management, no meaningful action was taken until I personally visited the leasing office. Nice place but disappointing management. I have been a resident for 2 months and in this time they have not been able to solve the issues with which I received the apartment. Stinky hallways, bad. The worse trash collection i´ve ever seen Also they are classists and racists. Front desk’s girl “can’t” give me an extra key fob for my wife, who is an immigrant totally legal in the US.
