I like my unit but the management company is absolute garbage. The front gate call box has been broken for a few months and they don't even know when they will be fixed. When there's a delivery half the time they can't get in because they can't call the tenant. The management company doesn't even care to reply to messages. Why is my rent increasing when everything doesn't even work correctly.

I've had nothing but good experiences with The Adams. The staff are great, the location is even better. Buses on your doorstep and TONS to do within walking distance. Would recommend. Edit: I've since moved and Katie quite literally gave me 50 bucks in rent credit to write reviews for the adams and cadence on yelp and google. Pretty scummy if you ask me so I came back to update my posts. Karma's a b***h. I have email correspondence and would probably respond to any PMs on yelp.
