I highly recommend working with Adam. He is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market in Durham and surrounding areas. He lived in our neighborhood and had extensive experience selling homes in our neighborhood quickly and at a great return. Also, Adam has a great network of affiliates from a stager and photographer, to service brokers, to mortgage brokers which came in handy on a number of occasions while buying and selling. He always has a great recommendation for whatever you need done.
