They did work at my house a couple times. Also previously did work on my parents house. When they used there own employees there were no problems. When they put windows and siding on my house they used a sub contractor. It was terrible. Some of the siding came lose. Put the doorbell in backwards. Improperly reconnected the lights. The worst was they broke the conduit pipe where the electrical main came into the house. After I noticed what they had done they came and fixed it using a rubber hose and clamps. The ACRI company did not work on my property, but I wish I did. I will be hiring them for my next project. I had a fire at my house and after being walked through the first insurance process through another company, I began to notice issues in the paperwork. The ACRI company was able to walk me though what I can do and what to expect from a company when working with insurance. If I wasn’t locked into a contract, I would have chose them. Had a great experience, over 50 years in business they funded my whole project. Extremely professional, crew did a great job! Had siding & windows done. My house looks brand new. My heating bills are actually lower this winter even with the increases. I Love it! Thank you Acri!
