My husband and I have lived here for 5 years and LOVE IT! The team here really is committed to providing a safe, clean, and comforting environment for all the residents. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a home in the Round Rock/greater Austin area.
English This complex doesn't even deserve one star. The stories: I lived in these apartments for about eight months, and during those months, there were so many irregularities. First, I want to say that the infrastructure is terrible, with leaking pipes and excessive noise. You can also hear everything the neighbors do, both next door and on the roof. Glad to have been shown the property by Alexis. The place was exceptionally clean and impressively quiet.
This place is great. Management does there best and more often than not gets your needs met as soon as they can. The maintenance team has been my saving grace here especially RAY he’s the best and actually cares about your needs! Definitely blessed to be at a place where maintenance is on your side! Personally I’ve not had any maintenance problem that was not met within same day or a day later.
The staff at Bexley Round Rock are super friendly and helpful. We have dealt primarily with “Vie” who has gone above and beyond to accommodate us. Such a great person! The property is really nice as well.
