I was awarded the maximum settlement from a notoriously stingy insurance company and it’s all due to her hard work! Thank you for the support you guys made this the most stress free process ever. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the customer service I experienced was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor from the beginning, and it felt like no one was interested in helping or resolving the issue. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic information, and when I finally did receive a response, it was unhelpful and lacked any sense of professionalism or concern.
