I have spent the last month and a half of Saturdays here. My sister is currently enrolled in their program and is loving it. The women at the front desk have never been overly pleasant but never rude until this morning. I had my usual standing appointment at 9:15 and yesterday called to add an appointment for my cognitively disabled sister who would be with me. Was a 5 star last time I came here but I got my hair done last night and I am not pleased at all....wanted to get color and a peek a boo blonde only to once the blonde and dye was washed out be told I'd have to come back for another session at my expense and now hair that I am unhappy with and looks to not be finished.....granted I have red hair so I could understand it would be hard to get how blonde I wanted but to be told "it will come out" the hole time and them find out when it's a Carmel color that they can't give me a... read more
