Cory is a WORLD-CLASS, EXCEPTIONAL Learning Leader- there should be a 10 Star rating for him! He guided my wonderful stylist through a multi-step process to correct my color. I have been here to have my hair done while my daughter was a future professional. I really liked the staff and how they worked with the students to be certain that everthing was perfect before they were done.
I got a spiral perm. My stylist Alex did good! She was very personable. I also got a hand massage while we were waiting for my hair to process. The 2 teachers working that day were very pleasant and checked in with the stylist and me to make sure she was ok and I was ok!
It was a nightmare to say the least. I came in with blonde hair and all I needed was a set of highlights for a root touch up. The "color specialist" told my stylist to fully paint my roots with bleach to lift my dark roots (taking away any dimension I had from my highlights) then when that was finished the color specialist came over then instructed the girl to tone my hair a specific shade.... Went on a tour today! The lady was so nice! Explained everything to me, listened, gave me all the info I needed. The place was so clean! It had a very comfortable atmosphere there. Everyone was smiling and looked happy:) was a really great tour! :)
Sadly, since this picture was taken last year, things at the school have progressively gotten worse. The new owners decided to eliminate Saturday hours so the future professionals could spend time with their families on the weekends. While that may work in the smaller markets such as Green Bay, it does not work here in Waukesha and the surrounding area. Once these future professionals graduate and head out into the work force, they will most likely be working Saturdays, since it is a huge servicing day. I used to look forwar... read more
