I’ve been coming to Hybrid for a little over a month now, and I absolutely love it. The atmosphere is welcoming, the energy is amazing, and everyone makes you feel comfortable from day one. I mostly take Jojo’s classes because they fit best with my schedule, and after training with her for three months, she has truly made me stronger than before. Excellent trainers here with distinct styles. Very helpful and supportive. The workouts can be easily scaled based on your experience and comfort level. One of my favorite places to visit 😁
