Built this dump too. Best part about it was the graffiti in the stairwell. Place was so shitty, it had a tree growing through a hole in the roof.
I’ve had multiple packages stolen from this building within just a week, including extremely important medical items. There is little to no security or accountability when it comes to protecting residents’ deliveries. Despite bringing this to management’s attention, nothing has been done to fix the issue or prevent it from continuing. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I was rushed through the application and lease signing process to end up in a filthy apartment with no shower curtain rod or shower head, a huge, dripping leak in my closet ceiling, a bug problem, a non-working dishwasher, non-working HVAC, and several broken counters and shelves. Soooo I've lived here for a year now and feel I can finally leave a review. First I'll name the positives: location is great as I'm right in the middle of the city, second the apartment is a great size for the monthly rent and it's secure (secured access/package room/working security cameras).
