Do NOT let the price sway you into moving here. Currently, as of 4/3/26, we have homeless people breaking into the building and there is a resident stealing packages AND MANAGEMENT KNOWS but they refuse to get security or do anything about it. We have had cockroach infestations, constant leaks, random power outages and every summer the A/C stops working on the hottest days of the year and every winter the heat stops working on the coldest days of the year (my apartment reach 55 degrees and I had to stay in a hotel). Built this dump too. Best part about it was the graffiti in the stairwell. Place was so shitty, it had a tree growing through a hole in the roof.
I’ve had multiple packages stolen from this building within just a week, including extremely important medical items. There is little to no security or accountability when it comes to protecting residents’ deliveries. Despite bringing this to management’s attention, nothing has been done to fix the issue or prevent it from continuing.
