Amazing experience!! Jeff and Julie work so hard for their customers and truly care about people. Ours was a difficult one and their compassion and kindness was immeasurable. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!!!
Julie was excellent to work with. She listened to what I wanted and was able to work with me and find what I wanted in a home. Once we found the right place for me, working with Savanna in the office to ensure all the documents were ready, was easy. We were ghosted about 3 months ago. Overall I found the relationship quite disappointing. We did the vast majority of the legwork and ultimately decided to consider Western Colorado. Interestingly, they refused to let us out of the contract. Sure, it’s within their rights, but why hold a buyer hostage? I’m not old and wealthy, I have less buying experience, and I lean towards trusting folks - given my prior life in small town New England - but I’ve certainly changed my tune with regards to hearing about predatory realtors.
