Special shout out to IMANI, the leasing specialist at Briargrove. Since my daughter has moved there she has felt so welcomed by the team but specifically from Imani. Each time there is ever an issue Imani and the entire team has been so helpful in getting things done in a timely manner. I can trust that my daughter and grandson will be safe and happy while living there
Worst experience! I went in for a tour I previously scheduled at 5:30pm. I arrived at about 5:15pm and the young lady at the front said they don’t do tour or appointments after 5pm because they close the show apartments around 4:50pm. I let her know I had the text showing I was scheduled for 5:30pm and she said it’s corporate’s mistake and unfortunately the leasing office/agents can’t control or fix it. UPDATE: This is the worst apartment company in Houston I had to deal with. Be warned: you will likely lose money applying with them. I've lost nearly $700 because of their incompetence. Not sure if it's done on purpose or as a scam, but it sure felt like it for me. 1- They ghosted me after they took the $210 application + processing fee. They only replied when they wanted after I sent multiple messages and called. 2- They kept me ona a constant state of on hold after I had signed the lease almost 1 month prior to move in.
