Honestly I enjoy living here, the staff is great, but I wish they had a community monitor who actually checked the community after hours. Living by the pool is an absolute nightmare, they don’t enforce rules after hours and people just do whatever they want. Jesy Lopez was helpful and the move in process was smooth. I highly recommend her as a leasing agent. She was very nice and courteous. She made sure all my needs were met.
The price tag is low to get you in, as you can see my past/present water bill for a ONE BEDROOM apt. You may want to consider this extra cost before signing a lease ohhh and the mandatory $85 amenity fee you have no choice to pay every month on top of dog shit everywhere (even though they went out their way to build a dog park) good luck. UPDATE : Honestly wish there was a 0 stars option. This place has countless issues . They will have a “water interruption” almost every single day , then charge $72 in sewer fees , as if it’s not their old pipes that is the problem , because the property is very old . The apartments are roach infested no matter how clean you are , or how many times pest control comes .
