This has been the worst rental experience I have ever had. For more than a week my apartment had constant power outages every 30 minutes due to a broken breaker. Despite submitting multiple maintenance requests, calling several times, and even going in person to the leasing office, the issue was never fixed. I have been dealing with a serious electricity problem in my condominium. For several days, I have requested that this issue be resolved, since on multiple occasions I have come home from work to find there is no power. As a result, food has spoiled (including meats), there is a real risk of damage to my appliances, and the electric bill could increase unjustifiably due to the ongoing electrical failures. Honestly I enjoy living here, the staff is great, but I wish they had a community monitor who actually checked the community after hours. Living by the pool is an absolute nightmare, they don’t enforce rules after hours and people just do whatever they want.
