Quiet and affordable pet-friendly community in a wonderful location... My husband and I have been here for just over two years. It's a lovely, quiet neighborhood with excellent rates and amenities. During our time here our a/c, refrigerator, and dishwasher have all broken down at least twice each. Maintenance was quick to repair the issues. Good , but need some improvement I love the apartment complex where I live. It is in a very quite neighborhood , near everything in the city. The management team does a good job for the most part , but the exterior of the complex has gone down in looks a little. needs some repairs in the parking lot and in the courtyard areas. More flowers need to be planted where all the old onse have turned yellow and died from the summer heat. Also, they need speed bumps in the parking lot, to manage people flying in out at high speeds. Was Better than Now.... This Property was great like 6 years, when we moved here, changing management was not good idea... The actual and the last ones are horrible, they do not put effort to maintain this property like it was before. The area is great.
